The apartament are cleaned once a week

The price does not include:
€ 3.50 per day per person for the tourist city tax, be paid at check-in in cash

€ 39.00 for final cleaning, be paid at check-in in cash

Normally the check-in time is after 2pm hours

For check-in after 10pm there is a surcharge of € 30.00

For check-in after midnight there is a surcharge of € 50.00

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer cancels:

Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.

Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival  will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.
